Home description- Is a brand new duplex apartment built over 2 floors, the apartment is a secure gate fronted property which is just 2 minutes walk from the beach front, which is ideal for both families and couples who are looking for a relaxing break. In the nearby village there are bars and restaurants. There is a fully equipped lido complete with changing and showers and there are watersports and volleyball, or you can just laze and catch the sun.
2 Bedrooms ; one with a single bed and bunk beds and its own terrace and air conditioning and metal louvered shutters, top bedroom has two single beds and its own terrace with views of the sea and mountains, it is also fully air conditioned and has metal louvered shutters.
2 Bathrooms; each bathroom is located just off each bedroom and is fully tiled complete with shower, sink. Toilet and bidet. The fully automatic washing machine is located in the lower bathroom
Kitchen; The property is fitted with a contempory kitchen and has an integral fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven.
Living room,
The living room is a spacious room complete with a double sofa bed plus a 2 seater, we also have TV with a satellite digibox. Off the living room is a marble staircase leading to the upper level where there is a bedroom and bathroom. There is a large terrace off the lounge with amazing views of the area including the sea, mountains and citrus groves.
The property is not overlooked to the front or rear and has secure car parking which is accesed via keypad gates
