Our Farmhouse is Set Amidst The Greenery Of Our Own Olive Groves, In The Heart Of The Italian Countryside. An Excellent Base For Exploring This Beautiful, Region Of South Lazio That Is Still Largely Undiscovered By Foreign Tourists.
The 2 well-equipped Farmhouse Apartments were recently renovated.
THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT (Sleeps 4/5)
It has its own private, independent entrance, approached via an external staircase.
It is double-glazed and is attractively furnished, providing a cosy, homely atmosphere.
The apartment has an open-plan Lounge /Kitchen / Dining area.
LOUNGE:
2 Double sofas, one is a sofa-bed (comfortably Sleeps 1)
Fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD Player
KITCHEN:
Well equipped with Gas Hob with 5 rings, Electric Fan Oven/Grill, Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, and Microwave.
SHOWER ROOM: Shower, Wash Basin, WC and Bidet. Separate WC: with Wash Basin.
BEDROOM 1: Comfortable King Size Double Bed.
BEDROOM 2: 2 x comfortable Single Beds
Both bedrooms lead out onto the Balcony / Sun Terrace which is suitable for sun bathing or dining al fresco. From here you can enjoy splendid views of the woods, olive groves and mountain scenery, catch a glimpse of the sparkling sea in the distance, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets.
THE DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT (SLEEPS 4/5)
It has its own independent entrance. It is double-glazed and is attractively furnished, providing a cosy, homely atmosphere.

SEPARATE WC: with Wash Basin.
Both apartments have access to the Washing Machine in the downstairs Utility Room. Iron/Ironing Board, and Hair-drier
There’s a large shared terrace with a Gazebo and Dining Area with BBQ
Large Garden with ample parking.
A car is required. 4 km from Itri. 15 km from Sperlonga.
